Michelle earned her Business Diploma and has been involved in Office/Sports Administration for over 20 years. She enjoys getting to know the members and keeping the gym running smoothly...but also likes to have a little fun while doing it!!
Shelby Allain
Fitness Associate
Shelby is a full time student at MSVU studying Child and Youth Studies. After playing a variety of sports for most of her life, she continues to play on a womens summer soccer team and enjoys practicing yoga.

Nancy Jones Smith

Nancy has completed her Personal Trainer Specialist certification with Canadian Fitness Professionals. She looks forward to helping clients achieve their fitness and health and wellness goals.
Jill MacDonald
Fitness Associate
Jill attends Lockview High and works as a Fitness Associate at FitZone. Jill excels in high level Soccer and plays on the City Senior Women's team.

Debbie has been with FitZone for over 10 years. She is a passionate fitness professional and leads various classes throughout the week. She has a keen interest in nutrition and balancing both exercise and healthy eating for optimal results.
Tara Cook
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Reiki Level 2
Tara works as a Personal Trainer at FitZone and teaches a variety of Fitness Classes. She is also a level 2 Reiki Practitioner. Tara is passionate about health and wellness and the transformation a fit lifestyle can achieve.
Sue McNeil
Fitness Instructor Specialist
If you're thinking Sue looks familiar it's probably because
you've taken a fitness class from her in the past. She has been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years. She teaches a variety of classes at FitZone.
Arlene Brinston
Personal Trainer Specialist
Arlene works as a Personal Trainer and running coach. She
decided a couple of years ago that she wanted to lose weight and become fit. She exceeded her dreams and not only lost the weight but continued on to compete in body building competitions and as a fitness model. She is passionate about helping others transform and reach their true potential.
Keith Toon
Personal Trainer Specialist
Keith coaches soccer and is also an Ironman triathlete.
He competed on the Royal Navy Rugby team and was the Navy Scotland tug of war champion. Keith's training style will get you to where you need to be both on and off the field.
Diana Doherty
Yoga Instructor
Diana is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Yoga Instructor. Her holistic approach in her Yoga Practice integrates the person as a whole. She teaches Yoga on Wednesday mornings.
Camilla Noiles
Fitness Instructor Specialist
Camilla has been involved in the fitness industry since 1980. She is certified through NSFA as a Group Exercise Instructor in cardio, strength, step and aqua.
Camilla loves to work with people of all ages to lead them in exercise classes that are effective, appropriate, and fun.
